Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be deleted

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, refunds are handled as follows:

  • Within 30 days: Full refund under our money-back guarantee
  • After 30 days: Pro-rated refund for unused full months, minus a 15% administrative fee
  • After 6 months: No refund available; subscription remains active until the end of the term

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:

  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Purchases made with promotional credits or gift cards
  • Add-on services or one-time purchases (unless defective)
  • Requests made more than 90 days after the original purchase
