All new subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you can request a full refund—no questions asked.
To request a refund under this guarantee, simply contact our support team with your account email address and we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be deleted
Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, refunds are handled as follows:
- Within 30 days: Full refund under our money-back guarantee
- After 30 days: Pro-rated refund for unused full months, minus a 15% administrative fee
- After 6 months: No refund available; subscription remains active until the end of the term
Exceptions
Refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- Purchases made with promotional credits or gift cards
- Add-on services or one-time purchases (unless defective)
- Requests made more than 90 days after the original purchase
